Stoney Acres Farm and Rescue Inc is a non profit farm animal sanctuary located few minutes east of Kingman. Home to horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, as well as a variety of poultry. They do not accept dogs and cats.
The 40 acre sanctuary is operated by Stacy and Michael Kinnear, with help from family and friends. They are open to the public and will gladly accept donations of livestock feed.
Munchkin stopped by in the cool morning hours to make some new farm friends. She especially enjoyed talking with all the other mini pigs waiting for their forever family.
Munchkin checked in on “Dawn”, an overweight donkey with laminitis who came to Stoney Acres last year. Dawn is doing much better, but needs to see the vet for X rays, so the Kinneras need to raise additional funds to give her a bright future.
