The Patriot’s Corner: Legal & Illegal Immigration

One very important thing to remember is legal immigration is to serve the USA & its citizens, not to change it, which has been the long term plan of what Obama said, we must fundamentally transform America, which if successful would make us a Marxist state, like the guy running for Mayor of N.Y. has said.

The immigration laws most don’t know and most who support it for reasons that have nothing to the laws that have been on the books for the past 70 yrs., that were passed by Congress and signed by presidents, and the reasons most who don’t care whether those in the streets support our laws for reasons that don’t have a legal foot to stand on.

First of all it doesn’t matter what the excuse is for supporting illegal immigration is, like they’re working or they have children, they have no legal status. Illegal immigration, over staying a visa of any kind, and we have laws dealing with violations. I also believe the Democrats, and other political groups want illegal immigration, as proven by the Biden administration, by letting millions into our nation, and those who now fight everyday to keep them no matter what. Laws have been and are still being violated.

Politically they need amnesty & birth right citizenship so those who become citizens would then vote them into power and they’d finish the job started by Pres. Wilson and carried forward into the 21 Century to turn the USA into a Marxist state, and I pray one day so called commentators would stop saying they don’t understand their motives as they’re as clear as your face in a mirror.

Title 8 of the United States Code, Section 1325, addresses offenses related to improper entry by an alien into the country.

Prohibited acts: These include entering or attempting to enter the U.S. at an undesignated time or place, attempting or gaining entry through misrepresentation, and knowingly entering into marriage or establishing a commercial enterprise to evade immigration laws.

Penalties vary depending on the offense and whether it's a first or subsequent violation. Improper entry can result in fines and/or imprisonment. Marriage fraud and immigration-related entrepreneurship fraud can lead to imprisonment for up to 5 years and/or significant fines.

Prosecutions for violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1325 have increased, particularly along the southwest border, influenced by policies like Operation Streamline.

Here are other codes for you to look up and to share with others you know, and especially with those who believe you’re on the wrong side of this issue:

8CFR 287.5, 287 B, 287 C
U.S. Code 1227, Section 287 (a) (1), 2879

Just hopefully this will give you the info you need for the battle we’re all in.
God Bless You All; Clair Van Steenwyk
