Meet Cullin “man boobs” Patillo, the misogynist face of Mohave County Supervisor District 4 on the Planning and Zoning Board and the General Plan Subcommittee.
Patillo adores liberals and loves to trash conservative candidates for public office on Facebook, such as former Republican School Board candidate Danielle Ohle-Keck. Last month, he referred to Republicans as “sex criminals” and Republican Congressmen as “enablers” and “disgusting degenerates”. In another social media post we were sent, but was a little to blurry to print, Patillo had responded to a comment on one of his Facebook posts by writing “yes they are wrong.. they’re women!!! if they were real Christians they would be silent and not aspire to such offices as the Bible commands.”
But Patillo has no problem cozying up to Republican Congressman Paul Gosar for a photo op, because of Radiation Exposure Compensation Act reauthorization and expansion funds Gosar secured in the “One Big Beautiful Bill”, and Patillo being one of only three people on the Downwinders of Mohave County board, the others being Matt Capalby and former District 4 Supervisor Wilma Jean Bishop.

proxies on Planning and Zoning, along with Rex Ruge. Current District 4
Supervisor Don Martin, Bishop’s cousin by marriage, has opined that It’s
Patillo’s “right to express his opinions as he sees fit” and isn’t looking to
make any changes, even though Patillo was recently determined to have violated
Open Meeting Law. A Golden Valley resident, Angel Lund, has put in an
application for the position.
