Republican Candidate Caroline Strecker is an “America First” conservative, nurse practitioner, and community leader running to represent Arizona’s 30th Legislative District in the State House. LD 30 includes Mohave and La Paz Counties, and portons of Yavapai and Maricopa Counties.
With nearly 20 years as a Mohave County resident and a career spent in emergency medicine, Strecker brings experience, integrity, and proven conservative values to the fight for Arizona’s future.
She began her education at Mohave Community College, attended Georgetown University, and ultimately earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University. Caroline has worked in some of the most critical areas of healthcare, as an ICU nurse, flight nurse, emergency department provider, and currently as an acute care hospitalist. Her frontline experience gives her a clear understanding of the challenges Arizona families face, especially in under served rural communities.
Strecker’s dedication to service goes beyond medicine. She serves on the executive board of a local youth football organization, helping mentor and empower the next generation through sports. She is Vice President of the Mohave County Board of Health and a member of the Mohave County Public Lands and Recreation Commission. Her community involvement reflects a lifelong commitment to leadership, teamwork, and rural values.
Strecker is deeply engaged in grassroots conservative politics. A long time supporter of President Trump, she attended the 2020 “Stop the Steal” rally in Washington, D.C. She served as the 2024 alternate delegate for Arizona’s 9th Congressional District to the Republican National Convention, and was a primary delegate to the 2025 Arizona Young Republicans National Convention.
Caroline Strecker faces a notorious opponent, self proclaimed “proud Zionist” Hildy Angius. Angius, currently the LD30 Senator and former District 2 Mohave County Supervisor, is best known for calling a local man her “mortal enemy” from the dais as Board Chairman just because she disagreed with his public comments. Angius is running for the House seat and not running for reelection to the Senate in order to create an open seat for Representative Leo Biassiucci, who is termed limited out of the State House and not ready to leave politics.
There are two seats on the ballot for the Arizona House, as John Gillette will not be running for reelection. Davis Rose, a Lake Havasu City pastor and Lake Havasu Unified School District School Board President, is also running for a Seat in the House. Rose has stated that if elected he will not step down from the LHUSD School Board.
Grounded in “faith, family, and the Constitution”, Caroline is running to secure Arizona’s border, eliminate wasteful spending, defend 2nd Amendment rights, protect parental authority in education, and ensure local control of water and land. She believes rural Arizona needs leaders who live and work in the communities they represent, not career politicians who just switch seats or big-city elites.
