This is what the U.S. Constitution states & where the President gets the authority to manage the executive branch of government without interference from circuit or district courts. Article II Section 1. The Executive Power shall be Vested in a President of the United States of America.
The way the Dems seem to be frightening some people is by using the term President Trump is an oligarch. What exactly does this term mean; oligarchy (from ancient Greek 'rule by few'; from 'few' and 'to rule, command') is a form of government in which (power rests with a small number of people.)
Examine what’s going on today in the courts to block President Trump’s policies concerning deportation of illegal immigrants, downsizing government, closing agencies & depts., and also ending grants and other handouts. It’s rather astonishing that the Democrats are calling President Trump a threat to our constitutional government when he’s just carrying out the policies he ran on and we voted for.
So who are the real threats to our constitutional government? I believe the progressive Democrats both in office and those running the organizations filing the lawsuits to prevent these policies from being put in place, which is against the will of the people. And this plan has also been in place for well over a century starting with the Wilson Administration as Pres. Wilson was our 1st elected progressive President who had no love for the Declaration of Independence or U.S. Constitution and believed in top down changes rather than bottom up, which is the another form of changing government the new progressive Democrat Party is now employing. Please remember that it was a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court after 9/11 that gave terrorists the right to U.S. courts which were extended to district & circuit courts, however this isn't a law and must be changed by the Legislature as terrorists are a national threat, not a district or regional one.

Gramsci is best known for his theory of cultural hegemony, which describes how the state and ruling capitalist class, the bourgeoisie, use cultural institutions to maintain wealth and power in capitalist societies.
I hope all remember in America we had a revolution against a government, not the way we live, and in the Marxist state they want you to worship the government as your religion and the family etc. really doesn’t matter.
Senator Schumer stated publicly on PBS and again on Meet the Press this past week that his party put thru the appointments of 235 judges to block the policies of President Trump. This is more than enough proof to see who‘s truly the real threat to our constitutional form of government.
Schumer also stated it would take 57 Votes to impeach a judge and that wasn’t going to happen as this is part of their plan. He also stated that they'd make Pres. Trump the quickest lame duck President in U.S. history, and for me this plan has been put in place to keep the U.S. of America moving farther down the road to a Marxist form of government, whether it’s Hegel or Marx’s or the new Progressive method of top down, which will lead to the eventual destruction of the USA.
I’d like all to do some research and so check out Marx, Hegel, and Gramsci, along with Pres. Wilson who had a similar problem in his 2 term as he had a stroke and most knew his wife was the real power, like with Biden who’s mental accuity is more than questionable and we still don’t know if he even knew what was in the documents that were signed by someone else using the autopen.
The progressives in America had and have a plan, and to believe they can be trusted isn’t true and the evidence is all around us. I realize they use false accusations to put fear in those who want to believe them and still hope the Dems will somehow save them from poverty, poor health, crime etc. Well just reflect on the last 4 yrs. and see how that worked out, and do what I always do if they haven’t delivered on their false promises in the past. How & why do you believe them now? Remember it was the Biden administration who caused inflation, open borders, illegal immigrant invasion that brought about rapes, murders, modern day sex slavery, etc. Don’t be lied to any longer.
